By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any part of our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Signal Health is an AI-powered content audit platform designed for healthcare professionals who create content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital formats. The platform analyzes submitted content for clarity, psychological influence, and medical communication ethics, and generates optimized versions based on those dimensions.
Services include, but are not limited to:
Content auditing and scoring
AI-generated content optimization suggestions
Content idea generation from research documents
Brand asset management tools
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Our Services are intended for healthcare professionals and content creators. We do not offer Services to minors.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at thesignal@pixeldvx.design if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Submit content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the rights of any third party
Use the Services to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate, or harm patients or the public
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of our platform or its underlying systems
Share your account credentials with others or allow third parties to access the Services through your account
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Services without our written consent
Submit any patient-identifiable information or content that would violate HIPAA or equivalent data protection regulations in your jurisdiction
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend access for any violation of these terms without prior notice.
PAYMENTS AND CREDITS
Access to certain features requires the purchase of credits or a subscription plan. All purchases are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.
All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy at thesignal.health/refund before making a purchase.
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, design, code, trademarks, and materials that form part of the Services are the exclusive property of Juan Carlos Vasquez (The Signal Health) or our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
The AI-generated output produced by the Services in response to your submissions is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.
AI-GENERATED CONTENT
Our Services use artificial intelligence to analyze and generate content suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
Output should be reviewed and verified by a qualified professional before use
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose
The responsibility for how you use AI-generated content rests entirely with you
We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content without appropriate human review.
MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The Signal Health is a communication and content strategy tool. It is not a medical device, clinical decision support system, or source of medical advice.
Nothing in our Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations — for you, your patients, or any third party. Our tools are designed to improve how medical professionals communicate their existing knowledge, not to provide clinical guidance.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create and publish complies with applicable medical, legal, and ethical standards in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to standards set by your medical licensing board and applicable advertising regulations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Signal Health and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational harm.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Signal Health, its owner, and any affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at thesignal@pixeldvx.design. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits or subscription fees.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a notice within the platform.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
